We’ll begin with a short piano recital before settling into an intimate fireside chat exploring Diane’s journey: from growing up around a family business with more than 65 years of history to stepping forward and shaping its next chapter in a way that feels authentically her own. We’ll talk about the responsibility of carrying a legacy, bringing fresh thinking into an established industry and drawing upon seemingly different skills and experiences to create something meaningful.

Diane’s story will open up a wider and highly relatable conversation about finding your own voice, knowing what to preserve and what to change, navigating multiple professional identities and having the courage to build a business that reflects who you are, not simply what others expect of you.

Following the conversation, guests will have the opportunity to connect and continue the discussion over coffee and light refreshments in the beautiful surroundings of the Brincat Pianos showroom.
